Privacy Policy
This is the English version of the document. If the English and Russian versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
1. General provisions
This policy describes how the VIZOVIZ website (https://vizoviz.ru) processes the personal data of its visitors in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
Operator of personal data: [ФИО или наименование оператора], INN [ИНН]. Address for written requests: [адрес для письменных обращений].
2. What data is processed
When you contact the operator by email: your email address, name, message text and any other details you include in the message.
Automatically: IP address, browser data and technical server records. The website does not use advertising cookies. Your choice in the cookie notice is saved in your browser’s local storage. The analytics cookies of the Yandex Metrica service are set only if you press “Accept” in the cookie notice (see section 5).
3. Purposes of processing
To reply to your email, discuss the project, estimate timing and cost, and conclude a contract for building a website. Your data is not used for mailings without your separate consent.
4. Legal basis
Data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending an email to info [at] vizoviz [dot] ru of your own will. By continuing the correspondence you confirm your consent to the processing of the data in your messages for the purposes named in section 3.
5. Storage and transfer
The website has no forms and does not keep a database of requests. Your email is stored in the operator’s mailbox while the project is being discussed and as long as it is needed to perform the contract. After that the data is deleted.
Data may be processed by the hosting provider and the email service that keep the website running and deliver messages. It is not passed to other third parties except where the law requires it.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which makes your IP address and browser data available to Google.
Yandex Metrica. If you accepted cookies, the Yandex Metrica counter is loaded. It collects anonymised visit data: pages viewed, the source of the visit, button clicks, device and browser data, and the IP address. Session recording (Webvisor) is not used. The data is processed by Yandex LLC under its privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page: if you press “Decline”, the counter is not loaded.
6. Your rights
You can find out what data about you is processed, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to info [at] vizoviz [dot] ru marked “Personal data”, or send a written request to the operator’s address. Requests are handled within the time limits set by law.
If you believe the operator violates your rights, you may apply to Roskomnadzor or to a court.
7. Data protection
The connection to the website is intended to work over HTTPS, and only the operator has access to the correspondence.
8. Changes to the policy
The operator may update this policy. The new version takes effect when it is published on this page.
